As a father and a Math/Science tutor, Chen observed the challenges faced by Canadian students in Math and Science, along with the associated anxieties of parents trying to support their children's studies. Chen meticulously analyzed the Canadian Math and Science curriculum, integrating both Western and Asian learning methods. Through this process, he developed a distinctive teaching approach aimed at efficiently enhancing students' academic performance.
Chen has successfully guided numerous students of varying levels and ages, helping them build confidence, achieve high scores in diploma exams, and secure admission to top universities in Canada, the United States, and overseas.

Recent achievements in various contests include:
• 2020: All students received awards in the Sir Isaac Newton Exam (Waterloo Physics Contest).
• 2021: One student ranked 2nd globally in the Chem 13 Exam (Waterloo Chemistry Contest Gr. 12), another student ranked 1st globally in the Avogadro Exam (Waterloo Chemistry Contest Gr. 11), with all students placing in the top 10%-25% globally.
• 2022: Five students ranked in the Top 200 globally in the Avogadro Exam, with three achieving full marks and securing the 1st position globally. Additionally, 9 out of 11 students received awards in the Sir Isaac Newton Exam.
• 2023: Achieved 1st place in Calgary and Alberta, and 74th globally in the Avogadro Exam. Also, secured the 23rd position globally in the Sir Isaac Newton Exam.

These accomplishments highlight Chen's commitment to excellence and the outstanding results his students have achieved under his guidance.

With over 16 years of experience teaching Math in Canada, Tai has played a pivotal role in shaping the academic journey of numerous students. Many of his students have successfully gained admission to prestigious institutions such as the University of Waterloo, the University of Toronto, the University of British Columbia, Hong Kong University, the University of Cambridge, and more.
